Welcome to PostWizard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PostWizard mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Magenta Team Kft. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

PostWizard is an AI-assisted content creation tool that helps users generate social media carousels, images and captions. Features, limits and pricing may change over time at our discretion. We may add, remove or modify functionality to improve the Service.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PostWizard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

PostWizard offers Basic and Premium subscription plans on monthly and yearly cycles. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable app store to charge you the listed price on each renewal.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Managing your subscription. You can view and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access to paid features until then.
  • Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change applies to renewals after notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

4. Refunds

All subscription fees are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled according to the app store’s published policy. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the app stores directly; please contact Apple or Google using their in-app refund flow.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly quota of carousels and AI-generated images. Unused allowance does not roll over between billing periods. We may enforce fair-use limits, rate limits and abuse prevention measures to keep the Service stable for all users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostWizard to create, upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that depicts minors in a sexualised manner. You also agree not to:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the Service’s source code;
  • circumvent quota or rate limits, or use the Service in a way designed to degrade performance;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent;
  • use the Service to train competing AI models;
  • violate any applicable law or any third party’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text prompts, images and content you submit to PostWizard (“User Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the User Content you upload.

Subject to applicable law and your compliance with these Terms, outputs generated by PostWizard on your behalf are yours to use for commercial and non-commercial purposes. AI-generated outputs may not always be unique; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.

8. Third-Party Services

PostWizard integrates with third-party providers, including Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, Sentry and AI model providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magenta Team Kft. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using PostWizard at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law.
